All the children in Year 6 are considered valuable, equal members of the class and we always aim to instill a sense of belonging as well as an awareness of the need to work together to achieve whole class and individual goals: no matter how big or small!

Roles and Responsibilities

In Year 6, the children embrace being the oldest in the school and do a fantastic job at being role models to other children. So far, the children have voted for for the following roles:

School council: Chloe M, Theo P and Declain (deputy)

Sports ambassadors: Elizabeth and Theo C

In the last academic year, Theo P, Sophie and Leona received ‘Mental Health Champion’ training. It is their job to support other children who may need some extra help.

 

There will be other roles throughout the year which may include: Seeds and Gardeners, GIFT and Chaplaincy Team, Sports crew etc.
